For the safety of your corals, we ship on Monday evening for Wednesday arrival. We do not ship on or near the weekend. Sorry, no other shipping options are possible. It is imperative that someone is home to receive your coral order. Orders received by Sunday 5 pm EST will ship the following day.
We take great care and pride in our shipping. Each coral is carefully packed in its own container with the name of each coral on the label. Each container is individually bagged, and then combined with others in a larger shipping bag. We ship in insulated boxes with heat packs when necessary.
Standard guarantee applies:
1. 100% live arrival guarantee for livestock.
2. DOA claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery by FedEx (or similar).
3. DOA claims must be evidenced with a clear picture of an unopened bag. Refund for livestock will be issued when acceptable evidence is received.
